We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things.\nAs a Project Manager I/II for Greenheck Group you will play an important role in the success of low to mid-level next-generation automation projects within the Machine Development Center (MDC) at Greenheck Group. You will contribute to the delivery of high-tech robotic and automation systems that transform manufacturing capability, drive efficiency, and scale advanced production technologies across the enterprise. You will own the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and close-out. Supporting the continuous improvement of MDC’s project management framework. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a passion for project management and manufacturing environments to grow within a technically advanced organization.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nProject Management\nLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of low to mid-level automation projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, logistics, automation, and facilities, and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.\nTrack project tasks, identify project risks and issues, and escalate as appropriate.\nPrepare and present clear, concise project updates to project stakeholders.\nSupport key project milestones such as project planning, design reviews, machine build and programming, factory acceptance testing (FAT), installation, and site acceptance testing (SAT).\nFramework Development\nSupport the continuous improvement of MDC’s project management framework.\nApply standardized project management tools, processes, and templates to ensure consistency and scalability across MDC automation projects.\nSupport training efforts by learning and applying project management fundamentals and best practices.\nLeadership and Support\nAct as a collaborative team member, supporting project teams and stakeholders.\nWork closely with senior project managers to build project management capabilities and organizational knowledge.\nContribute to cross-functional initiatives aligned with MDC and organizational strategic objectives.\nDemonstrate accountability and professionalism while learning to manage increasing levels of responsibility.\nWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A PROJECT MANAGER I\n2-4 years of relevant work experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within manufacturing or automation environments, or equivalent experience required. \n4 Year / bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or equivalent years of job experience required.\nAbility to manage low to mid-level projects across the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and/or Agile, and tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Bird View, Jira, or equivalent platforms.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.\nProject management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.\nInterest or exposure to automation, robotics, industrial equipment, or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required.\nFamiliarity with Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals.\nWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A PROJECT MANAGER II\n4-6 years of relevant work experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within manufacturing or automation environments, or equivalent experience required.\n4 Year / bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or equivalent years of job experience required.\nProven track record of managing mid to high-level projects across the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and/or Agile, and proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Bird View, Jira, or equivalent platforms.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification.\nInterest or exposure to automation, robotics, industrial equipment, or manufacturing environments is a plus but not required.\nFamiliarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles.\nSOME THINGS WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW\nMinimum travel is required.\nWill work on-site in Schofield, WI.\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\nGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The starting base pay range for this position is $77,253 - $105,903 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
