We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things.\nAs a Sales Assistant for Greenheck Group you will provide daily support to the sales channel via phone and email, addressing inquiries on order status, shipping, returns, billing, and order changes. Your responsibilities will include processing Return Goods Authorizations (RGA's), generate reports, and supporting front desk duties.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nProvide daily sales channel support via email in a timely manner.\nAnswer rep and customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, returns, credits, additional billing, and order changes. \nEffectively communicate with reps and customers, including the ability to remain calm and resilient in high pressure situations. \nProcess Return Goods Authorization (RGA's), order changes, cancellations, etc., and log requests in CRM database.\nMay provide late ship report, packing list, invoices / acknowledgements, motor data sheets, QD stock notifications, order status and expected ship dates, etc.\nSupport coverage on switchboard and front desk responsibilities.\nParticipate in rep and customer visits as required.\nMust have basic understanding of sales channel policies and basic knowledge of customer-facing systems to answer inquiries about My Account and Greenheck.com.\nProvide excellent customer service by answering and directing incoming phone calls on the main switchboard.\nGreet and assist visitors.\nManage ordering and stocking office supplies.\nCoordinate and manage lunch for customer site visits, QBR's and executive visits.\nCoordinate with internal teams on rep inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution, and escalating when necessary.\nSupport special design requests and pricing adjustments and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.\nIntermediate computer skills (i.e. CAPS, SAP, CRM, Microsoft Office programs, etc.) required.\nOther miscellaneous duties as required.\nWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE\n0-2 years of relevant work experience required.\nIntermediate computer skills (i.e., CAPS, SAP, CRM, Microsoft Office programs, etc.) required.\nStrong communication, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills required.\nAbility to maintain a positive, patient attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail required.\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n2 Year / Associate Degree preferred.\nSOME THINGS WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW\nMinimum travel is required for this role.\nThis is an on-site role.\nWill work at the Clearwater FL location to start, but position will be moving to the Rocky Point FL location in 2027.\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\nGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
