Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Program Manager, GTM & Field Enablement to join our team in EMEA!

This Senior Program Manager will be our first dedicated enablement hire in EMEA, owning how Greenhouse enablement lands for our regional field. Reporting to Kaitie Rehmann, you'll run International enablement end to end. That means localizing and delivering global GTM launch training in-region, partnering with EMEA Sales and Customer Success leaders, and reinforcing core selling skills and messaging so reps are ready to sell and support a fast-evolving product portfolio.

You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps, and work directly with the leader of the Product + GTM Enablement team. This role is a strong fit for an organized, AI-fluent learning designer who turns ambiguity into training sellers can act on, and is able to own enablement programs end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Own live delivery of GTM and product launch training for the EMEA field, on schedule and in local time zones.
• Localize global enablement programs, content, and messaging so they land for regional markets.
• Manage the EMEA training roadmap, balancing live and on-demand content as the pace of releases grows.
• Act as the enablement partner to EMEA Sales and CS leaders, running needs assessments and turning regional priorities into programs.
• Reinforce core selling skills and messaging (Command of the Message) with EMEA reps on a regular cadence, in close collaboration with Revenue Enablement.
• Build a reinforcement and measurement framework that tracks adoption, behavior change in call data, and impact on retention and ARR.
• Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require.

You should have

• 5-7 years of experience in GTM or sales enablement, skills enablement, or L&D.
• Proven experience delivering live training and facilitation to a global field organization at scale.
• A track record of business partnering with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level and above), ideally in a regional or field-facing role.
• Experience enabling an EMEA field organization across multiple markets and time zones.
• Experience with both product/GTM enablement and skills or methodology enablement (discovery, consultative selling, messaging). Direct Command of the Message experience is a plus.
• Strong instructional and curriculum design skills, including adapting global content and messaging for regional relevance. An instructional design certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with enablement tech stacks (LMS, CRM, Canva, video editing, Google Suite), and comfort using AI/LLM tools to build content and automate processes.
• Data literacy, including the ability to track adoption and measure the behavioral and business impact of enablement.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing product organization, a plus.
• Experience in the recruiting or B2B SaaS industry, a plus.
