This team builds the experiences and signals that help employers find the right talent faster, while creating the foundation for a trusted talent discovery ecosystem.\nThis role will support the development and maintenance of the Company’s web-based applications as part of an approximately 12-month engagement. In this role, you’ll contribute to Talent Matching, Talent Rediscovery, and related employer-facing experiences. You’ll work across the stack to build product capabilities and the search and matching systems behind them, with a particular focus on OpenSearch or Elasticsearch and practical applications of AI to matching, ranking, and search relevance.\nThis is a collaborative, execution-focused, non-exclusive engagement.
