In this role, you will partner closely with the Design team to build and grow Greenlight’s visual brand identity across all of our marketing, advertising, and product touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for creating work that connects with families, clearly communicates all our product offerings, brings surprise & delight, and differentiates Greenlight in the competitor space.\nYour day-to-day:\nConcept and design engaging visual assets across Greenlight’s brand and product ecosystem to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.\nWork on a range of creative projects like marketing and product launch campaigns, website landing pages, emails, social media content, in-app content, company swag, presentation decks, direct mailers, and more. \nLeverage motion to engage viewers and support storytelling.\nDrive consistency and cohesion across the brand, building upon guidelines and identifying opportunities for fresh visual expression.\nCollaborate with marketing and product managers, creative directors, strategists, copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure your work delivers on the creative brief and meets business objectives.\nWhat you’ll bring to the team:\n1-3 years of design experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led company. \nA dynamic portfolio showcasing diverse design skills: layout, typography, color, form, motion, storytelling, and brand systems.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines\nStrong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment\nA strong grasp on contemporary design aesthetics, trends, and interest in emerging technologies.\nAdvanced design skills in Figma. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Working knowledge of AfterEffects is a big plus.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nNice to have: ability to design for print and create press-ready mechanical files \nNot sure this one’s for you? The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more.
