It’s ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and values process consistency.\nThis role will report to the Customer Service Manager.\nWho you are:\nStrong organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.\nResponsible and able to self-manage \nAdaptable and accountable\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\nAble to quickly learn about Greenlight’s products, services and policies\nWhat you will be doing:\nReview and process customer support tickets related to account issues, payments, and disputes\nConduct account reviews, identity verification, and documentation checks\nEscalate complex or fraud related cases\nLog and update case details accurately in internal systems\nInvestigate issues using internal tools and policy guideline\nMeet performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and quality standards\nProvide feedback to improve processes and tools\nEffectively utilize software and internal tools to navigate customer accounts and solve issues\nContinuously engage in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, product and role\nAdhere to all company policies and procedures\nWhat you should bring:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nStrong verbal and written English\nAbility to work independently and stay focused during repetitive tasks\nExceptional customer service, active listening, and problem solving skills \nAbility to multi-task across systems and maintain composure under pressure\nProficiency with software, ideally CRM software, and strong typing skills\nExperience in customer service and financial services is preferred\nShift:\n6:30 pm - 3:30 am local time (IST)\nThis position will require overnights and weekends.
