We bring audience insight into close collaboration with teams across the company, grounding our work in tangible outcomes and measuring how it strengthens belief in our positive societal impact and favorability toward the company.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a Program Manager to help our brand team deliver integrated creative programs. You’ll work closely with our brand marketing lead, initially supporting partner-led programs and other brand initiatives, with potential to support storytelling programs over time.\nYou’ll turn direction into an executable plan, connect the people involved and keep work moving through creative development, reviews and launch. You’ll bring structure and accountability while leaving room for ideas to develop.\nWe need someone who understands the creative process and can balance quality, timing and changing priorities. You’ll partner with marketers who own strategy and with Creative and Production leads who own their respective disciplines.\nIn this role, you will:\nBuild and maintain program plans covering deliverables, milestones, dependencies, owners and approvals.\n\nCoordinate work across Marketing, Creative, Production, Communications and external partners.\n\nOrganize creative reviews so teams have the right context, clear feedback and actionable decisions.\n\nTrack scope changes and delivery risks, explain their implications and recommend practical options.\n\nCoordinate partner inputs and approvals so teams can progress against an agreed plan.\n\nMaintain clear working documents, decision records and status updates.\n\nSupport launch readiness and capture lessons that improve the next program.\n\nYou will thrive in this role if you:\nHave managed integrated creative campaigns or brand programs across multiple teams and channels.\n\nUnderstand how work moves from brief and concept through production, approval and rollout.\n\nCan build useful structure when the scope or direction is still developing.\n\nAnticipate dependencies, surface problems early and keep teams accountable for agreed actions.\n\nCan balance creative ambition with delivery constraints without losing sight of quality.\n\nCommunicate clearly with senior stakeholders, creative teams and external partners.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a creative program management role at a technology company or advertising agency.\n\nExperience coordinating partnerships, storytelling or campaigns with multiple approval groups.\n\nA background in integrated production with responsibility across the full campaign process.\n\nWorkplace & Contract Details\nLocation and working
