As Director of FP&A, you will partner with the CFO and leadership team to guide decisions on pricing, sales capacity, and capital allocation. You will build on a strong finance foundation and take our planning and analytics to the next level. Permitting is a major industry we are modernizing, and finance plays a central role in how we scale.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nStrategic Planning: Partner with CFO in leading the company’s annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, monthly and intra-month forecasting.\n\nFinancial Modelling: Own all financial models for evaluation of business performance, capital raising and key stakeholder reporting.\n\nManagement Reporting: Prepare insightful dashboards to be used cross-functionally which highlight key performance indicators and variance analyses.\n\nKey Business Partner: Collaborate closely with critical stakeholders to manage expenses, business performance and strategic initiatives.\n\nProcess Optimization: Work with Product, Sales/Revenue Operations, Legal and Finance to optimize systems integrations, process and data fidelity.\n\nSales Analytics: Partner with CRO and Head of Revenue Operations to provide insights on Sales team activity and performance.\n\nAbout You:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree\n\nExperience: Minimum of 5-7+ years in FP&A is required\n\nSystems: Experience with CRMs and Financial ERPs; Rillet and Hubspot is a plus but not required. Passion for automation and AI is a must.\n\nTechnical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling is required.\n\nAnalytical & Strategic Mindset: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations for leadership.\n\nLeadership & Communication: Proven ability to be a player-coach and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders across the organization.\n\nIndustry Knowledge: Experience with tech-abled services is a plus but not a must.
