# Aircraft Inspector

Summary Ensures all maintenance actions including documentation are carried out in accordance with approved data in an airworthy manner. Additionally, responsible for preliminary, routine and in-process inspections on aircraft and/or components to determine serviceability and airworthiness. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform inspections of transport category aircraft (e.g., Boeing 737, 757,777, 787, Airbus A320) and associated components. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA Part 145, Part 43, and Part 65 regulations, as well as OEM and customer requirements. Review and sign off on maintenance records, work orders, and airworthiness releases. Support incoming preliminary inspections on aircraft/components in accordance with customer request cards or manufacturer’s manuals. Ensure documentation of maintenance is performed as required by FAR’s, Repair Station Manual and Customer’s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program. Accomplish incoming inspections and maintain oversight during aircraft storage and modifications. Perform final buy-back of maintenance performed.
