MCITP, CompTIA A+, or Network+ certification preferred.\nEmployees working on programs subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations must qualify as a US Person which is defined as a US Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company/foreign government/foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee for legal compliance purposes.\nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\nExperience with FreshService or similar ITSM platforms.\nExperience with NIST 800-171 / CMMC Level 2 network and server compliance.\nFamiliarity with CMDB best practices.\nAbility to work well independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team.\nAbility to manage a project effectively to completion.\nStrong knowledge of networking (switching, routing, firewalls).\nDemonstrated ability to support Windows Server.\nDemonstrated ability to support Windows Failover Cluster.\nDemonstrated ability to support Hyper-V.\nExperience with virtualization platforms and storage systems.\nBackup and disaster recovery expertise.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex, multi-system issues.\nStrong leadership and mentoring skills.\nStrong customer service background and technical writing skills.\nAbility to communicate well in person, email, and telephone.\nAbility to work effectively in a highly organized manner and be extremely detail oriented.\nStrong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents.\nAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions within all levels of an organization.\nAbility to problem solve with limited to no established process and guidance and to interpret instructions.\nAbility to sit for extended periods of time, use hands to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and have close/color vision ability to adjust focus.\nExperience with Cyber-security/major incident response strongly preferred.\nAbility to travel as required.\nAbility to work outside of core business hours as required.\nThe expected WA salary range for this position is between $109,000.00 - $150,00.00 USD.
