Summary Owns the administration and operational performance of IT infrastructure systems including servers, storage, network, and backup systems. Serves as the primary escalation point and technical lead. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network infrastructure Manage switching, firewall rule implementation, VPN, and wireless networks Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents Lead incident resolution for infrastructure-related issues Lead root cause analysis and problem management efforts Execute and lead complex changes, upgrades, and deployments Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes are effective Maintain system performance, uptime, and reliability across all sites Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance Coordinate with vendors and support multi-site infrastructure needs Provides Cable Plant Management.
