They recognize that each client is unique and requires a business solution tailored to their needs.\nReporting to the Manager, GreenShield Administration, the Supervisor, Client Administration will be responsible for the supervision of the GreenShield Administration team to meet or exceed department and company objectives. Responsible for training, developing and coaching the Client Administration team. Provide leadership to the Client Administration team in all aspects of enrolment, billings, accounts receivable, and customer service.\nFoster a positive, collaborative team environment where employees are engaged and motivated to meet departmental objectives. Ensure quality customer service is delivered within the team Take an active role in identifying and supporting projects related to productivity enhancements and process improvements. Establish and monitor the day-to-day production requirements of GreenShield Administration partners.\nSupport the implementation of new requirements and services for GreenShield Administration partners through system and process changes. Liase with GreenShield Administration partners with respect to administrative and systems requirements to manage and resolve ongoing issues Support the implementation and ongoing change management of the business. Provide subject matter expertise to support completion of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) from prospective GreenShield Administration partners.\nFoster a climate that supports relationship building and collaboration with GreenShield Administration partners, within GreenShield Administration and throughout the business, which results in enhanced alignment, innovation and ultimately an exceptional client experience. Work with employees and members of the Management Team to address and resolve customer issues and inquiries.
