Our culture is rooted in authenticity, humility, and connection, and our close-knit team is dedicated to making a real environmental impact.\nDays of Operation:Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, generally 5 a.m.-5 p.m.\nAvailability and Requirements:This is a salaried, overtime-exempt position based in the Puget Sound area. Schedules vary with operational needs and will be discussed during the interview process.\nBecause this role provides direct field and route support and responds to time-sensitive service needs, the Operations Manager must be able to reach Puget Sound sites in approximately 30-45 minutes when on-site support is required. Response times may vary with traffic and operational demands. These expectations apply consistently to all candidates and team members in this role.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee daily field operations to ensure service quality and efficiency\nRecruit, train, supervise, and coach operations team members, including schedules and performance reviews\nCover open routes and complete weekly ride-alongs\nCoordinate with leadership, field teams and support staff to meet client expectations\nIdentify and implement process improvements to increase safety and productivity\nMonitor expenses, control costs, and report on operational performance\nEnsure compliance with company policies, DOT and OSHA safety standards, including regular safety audits\nHandle escalated client issues and support operational growth and service expansion\nWhat We're Looking For:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business administration preferred\nProven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (at least 2 years of general management/supervisory experience)\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record\nStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills\nProven ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment\nSkilled at identifying operational inefficiencies and improving field processes\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail\nComfortable balancing hands-on field work with administrative responsibilities\nAble to lift and move 50+ lbs, including furniture and appliances, and to climb, stoop, and walk throughout the day\nCollaborative mindset that builds a positive, accountable team culture\nPre-Employment Requirements:All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of:\nEmployment reference and background check\nMotor vehicle record (MVR) review\nDrug screening\nAny required medical certifications (such as a DOT medical card for drivers)\nGreenSpace covers pre-employment/post-offer screening and certification costs.\nWhy GreenSpace?Our workforce spans several states, but our culture stays people-focused.
