We have partnerships across Europe, based on local expertise and a deep understanding of each market.\nThe Construction Contracts Manager will oversee the commercial, contractual and operational delivery of multiple utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects, from contract award through to handover. The role will lead project teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality and contractual standards.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Contract Management\nAdminister and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead contractual correspondence, notices, change management, compensation events, early warnings, claims, extensions of time, and dispute avoidance activities.\nEnsure compliance with all contractual obligations and identify contractual risks and opportunities.\nManage client and subcontractor contractual relationships.\nReview and negotiate subcontract agreements and supply contracts.\nSupport commercial teams in the preparation and agreement of variations and final accounts.\n2. Project Delivery Oversight\nProvide leadership and support to Project Managers and site delivery teams.\nMonitor project performance against programme, budget, quality, and safety targets.\nEnsure project controls and governance procedures are implemented and maintained.\nSupport mobilisation, execution, commissioning, and handover activities.\nEnsure project reporting accurately reflects current project status and key risks.\n3. Commercial Management\nDrive commercial performance across allocated projects.\nMonitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, cost reports, and project profitability.\nIdentify risks to commercial performance and develop mitigation strategies.\nSupport procurement activities and supplier negotiations.\nReview payment applications, valuations, and subcontractor accounts.\n4. Contractual Risk & Opportunity Management\nReview Employer's Requirements and contract deliverables.\nIdentify scope gaps, ambiguities, and potential commercial exposures.\nLead risk workshops and contractual reviews.\nMaintain contractual risk registers and mitigation plans.\nEnsure all contractual entitlements are protected and properly documented.\n5. Client & Stakeholder Management\nAct as a senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.\nManage relationships with developers, Owner's Engineers, consultants, utilities, and regulatory bodies.\nLead progress meetings and contractual discussions.\nPresent project performance, risks, and recommendations to senior management.\nProduce concise, decision-ready reports to support executive decision-making.\n6. Renewable Energy Project Interface Management\nCoordinate interfaces between civil, electrical, commissioning, utility, and grid connection activities.\nSupport the management of grid connection requirements with ESB Networks and EirGrid.\nMonitor compliance with project-specific technical requirements.\nSupport technical teams in the management of design development and construction interfaces.\nAssist in the management of utility-scale solar PV and BESS project delivery challenges.\n7.
