This role ensures that all agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards while optimizing the organization's financial and operational outcomes.\nThe Contract Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company's energy contracting strategies, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and maximizing value in a competitive energy market.\nRequirements\nKey accountabilities\nContract Development and Negotiation:\nDraft, review, and manage RfP for market representation contracts, support PPAs negotiations, tolling agreements, and hedging contracts.\nEnsure that contracts align with company objectives, risk tolerance, and regulatory requirements.\nEnsure that all contracts are onboarded in the ETRM tool and archive prop.\nCollaborate with legal, finance, and trading teams to incorporate appropriate terms and conditions into agreements.\nContract Management:\nManage the lifecycle of energy contracts, from inception to expiration or renewal.\nMaintain accurate records of contract terms, performance milestones, and obligations.\nMonitor compliance with contract terms and escalate potential breaches or disputes.\nRisk Management:\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with energy contracts, such as price volatility, credit risk, and regulatory changes.\nDevelop contingency plans to address potential contract disputes or force majeure events.\nWork closely with risk management teams to align contracts with hedging strategies.\nMarket and Regulatory Compliance:\nStay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices that may affect contractual terms.\nEnsure all contracts adhere to regional and international energy market regulations and standards.\nSupport compliance reporting and audits related to energy contracts.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nBuild and maintain relationships with counterparties, clients, utilities, and regulatory bodies.\nPerformance Analysis and Reporting:\nAnalyze the financial and operational performance reports extract from the ETRM.\nPrepare detailed reports on contract execution, financial performance, and compliance metrics.\nRecommend improvements to contract structures and strategies to enhance value creation\nDefine and oversee cybersecurity requirements for OEMs, EPCs, contractors and other third parties, ensuring alignment with Greenvolt’s cybersecurity standards and governance framework.\nReview and challenge supplier, contractor and project deliverables from an OT cybersecurity and governance perspective, ensuring compliance with defined requirements.\nSupport the integration of cybersecurity requirements throughout the OT asset lifecycle, from design and implementation through operation and maintenance.\nBenefits\nBachelor’s degree in Energy, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in energy contracting, procurement, or trading.\nFamiliarity with energy markets, renewable energy projects, and regulatory frameworks.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nDetail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing
