projects.\nEPC: Engineering, Procurement and Construction\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical Assessment of Equipment Installations\nAssess installation conditions and technical feasibility for solar PV and battery energy storage systems.\nReview equipment specifications, installation plans and technical issues, and propose improvements.\nEquipment Design\nDesign solar PV and battery energy storage systems and review designs.\nPrepare and review design drawings, equipment specifications and related technical documentation.\nCoordinate design matters with contractors and manufacturers.\nConstruction Management\nManage construction work for solar PV and battery energy storage installations.\nReview schedules, quality, safety and compliance with the design.\nAddress technical issues arising on site and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.\nDiscussions with Contractors and Manufacturers\nConduct technical discussions on construction methods, equipment specifications, construction conditions and related matters.\nRespond to technical inquiries and coordinate efforts to resolve issues.\nTechnical Support for In-house Engineers\nProvide specialist advice to in-house engineers and other relevant personnel.\nReview technical documentation and support technical decision-making.\nDiscussions with General Transmission and Distribution Utilities and Other Relevant Parties\nConduct technical discussions on grid connection and review connection conditions.\nPrepare and review technical documentation required for discussions and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.\nReporting and Related Duties\nReport on work progress, technical issues and proposed responses.\nPromptly communicate issues that may hinder project execution.\nPerform EPC-related duties associated with the responsibilities above.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nPractical experience in the design and construction management of solar PV systems, battery energy storage systems, or related electrical equipment.\nAbility to understand electrical drawings and specifications and perform technical assessments.\nAbility to lead technical discussions and coordinate effectively with contractors, manufacturers, and other relevant stakeholders.\nAbility to identify, prioritize, and resolve technical issues by proposing practical solutions.\nAbility to prepare technical reports and communicate technical matters clearly to internal and external stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPractical experience with both solar PV and battery energy storage systems.\nExperience with EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.\nExperience in grid connection discussions with transmission and distribution utilities.\nRelevant qualifications, such as Electrical Chief Engineer, Electrical Construction Management Engineer, or Electrician certifications in Japan.\nExperience providing technical guidance and mentoring to in-house
