Operations & Maintenance activities, ensuring safe and compliant operations across our portfolio.\nSpend most of your time in the field, supporting teams and contractors in managing critical risks.\nDrive safety excellence in photovoltaic installations, with a focus on electrical safety, work at height, and contractor management.\nPerform site inspections, audits, safety walks, and incident investigations to identify opportunities for improvement.\nDeliver training and awareness initiatives that strengthen our safety culture.\nCollaborate with operational teams to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with HSE standards and legislation.\nSupport the implementation of corporate HSE programmes, procedures, and performance monitoring.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in Health & Safety roles within industrial, construction, energy, or renewable energy environments.\nSolid knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices applicable to Operations & Maintenance activities.\nExperience in managing high-risk activities, particularly work at height and electrical works.\nPrevious experience in photovoltaic, electrical, or industrial maintenance environments is highly valued.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement practical solutions.\nExperience conducting audits, inspections, incident investigations, and training activities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAvailability to travel regularly across Portugal.\nFluency in Portuguese and a good command of
