The role provides visibility on project performance, identifies risks and deviations, and drives corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.\nThe key responsibilities for this role will be:\nFinancial Oversight & Reporting:\nParticipate in and oversee the monthly accounting closing process.\nConduct financial analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial performance.\nPrepare and monitor monthly reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nDevelop and review the annual budget.\nPrepare rolling forecasts and financial projections.\nStrategic & Business Support:\nDevelop financial forecasts and simulations to support business decision-making.\nAssist top management in preparing strategy presentations.\nTrack capital allocation per project and monitor respective returns.\nProcess Improvement & Control:\nAssist with the consolidation process in collaboration with the Consolidation & Tax team.\nMonitor short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow requirements for each project.\nContribute to the creation and implementation of new financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.\nRequirements\n7-8 years of professional experience in accounting, consolidation, audit, or planning & control roles, preferably covering multiple geographies.\nExperience in the Energy sector is a plus.\nProficiency in financial and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP.\nKnowledge of Power BI and Python is valued but not essential.\nExperience in designing and implementing financial processes is valued.\nOpen-minded, reliable, proactive, and team-oriented individual.\nStrong communication and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset.\nDigital mindset with a focus on automation, data analytics, and process optimization is a plus.\nFluency in English is
