We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in more 16 countries (Europe & North America).\nGreenvolt is seeking a Project Manager who will often manage multiple projects at different development stage, from origination to ready to build (RtB) status.\nKey accountabilities\nManage and control assigned Greenfield development and Co-development activities.\nIdentify potential sites where wind, solar and BESS project could be developed.\nSupport origination department in securing the land and getting municipality approval\nManage the development of the project, once it enters into development and until Ready to Build status.\nManage all the external stakeholders that will carry out on-site studies: environmental, landscape, noise, agricultural, …\nManage the relationship with local municipalities, with the public and with the administration\nManage project development timeline, project risks and project budget.\nPreparation of monthly reporting for its projects\nSupporting M&A activities.\nVerify and validate additions to filed Projects when requested by authorizing bodies.\nAttend Conferences of Services organized by the authorizing bodies.\nEnsure all that is necessary for the safe and quality development of the entrusted line of Business.\n_____________________________________________________________________________________________\nGreenvolt Power est notre segment dédié au développement et à la construction de projets solaires et éoliens de grande envergure (utility-scale). recherche un(e) Project Manager qui sera amené(e) à gérer plusieurs projets à différents stades de développement, de l’origination jusqu’au statut « Ready to Build » (RtB).\nPrincipales responsabilités\nGérer et piloter les activités de développement de projets Greenfield et de co-développement.\nIdentifier des sites potentiels pour le développement de projets éoliens, solaires et BESS.\nSoutenir le département Origination dans la sécurisation des terrains et l’obtention des autorisations auprès des municipalités.\nPiloter le développement des projets dès leur entrée en phase de développement et jusqu’au statut Ready to Build.\nGérer les différents prestataires externes en charge des études sur site : environnementales, paysagères, acoustiques, agricoles, etc.\nGérer les relations avec les municipalités locales, le public et les administrations.\nGérer le calendrier de développement des projets, les risques et le budget.\nPréparer le reporting mensuel des projets.\nParticiper aux activités de M&A.\nVérifier et valider les modifications apportées aux projets déposés, à la demande des autorités compétentes.\nParticiper aux conférences des services organisées par les autorités compétentes.\nVeiller à la mise en œuvre de toutes les actions nécessaires au développement sûr et qualitatif des projets confiés.\nRequirements\nUniversity Degree in Engineering.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.\nKnowledge of the energy market.\nPositive leadership.\nAgility.\nResponsibility.\nProactivity and ability to work as a team.\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.\nAvailability to travel.\nGood English language skills (written/spoken is a
