This position is expected to work out of our Sacramento location.\nPositionSummary:\n\nGreenWasteis seeking to fill the position of Accounts Manager to provide support to one or more facilities.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\nOwn full new-business development cycle, from prospecting through customer onboarding\nCustomer maintenance and relationship management for current customer book (post customer onboarding)\nBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track results through CRM\nPrepare and present pricing proposals, RFP responses, and service agreements\nCoordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance, etc.) to deliver on the customers’ expectations\nResolve customer escalations and client issues efficiently while maintaining strong customer satisfaction\nLEED Letter Write ups, when needed.\nAttend community outreach events that support sales pipeline and relationship management.\nClient/Customer conflict resolution\nTour management, booking, driving, and presentation\nAssist with customer credit applications\nAssist with risk assessment for potential customers\nInbound and Outbound materials classification knowledge for all commodities\nCold Call Sales\nMarket Development/Sales Quote write-ups\nRemain updated on latest waste management news.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to work well with other employees in a team environment and communicate to ensure safety\nAbility to learn in fast paced environment\nSelf-Motivated & Detail Oriented\nPublic Speaking Skills\nMicrosoft Office\nAdobe Suite\nManagement Skills\nPC and Mac Operating system\nPivot table creation\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in sales-related roles\nValid Driver’s license\nLanguage Skill:\nProficiency in English \nPhysical Demands:\nLift up to 25lbs for quarterly base rock testing\nAbility to sit or stand at a desk in an office environment for 6-10 hours a day\nWork Environment:\nTypical work week is Monday through Friday. Must work Weekday Evenings and/or Weekends as needed. Work is often conducted traveling throughout the Sacramento and Bay areas.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nFinancial compensation will be commensurate with applicable experience.
