GMS was established in 2005 with the unwavering mission to inspire confidence and empower out patients, employees and communities.\nA snapshot of our Medspa Manager role:\nThe MedSpa Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational functions of the medical aesthetic practice, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner within our Five-Star Service Standards.\nOpening and closing of the medspa.\n Maintain reception area, transaction counter and retail displays.\nPartners with Human Resources with regards to all matters of the employee career cycle.\nCoach, mentor, and train members of their as needed.\nManages staff scheduling.\nEnsures all compliance of staff is maintained with licensures, training, etc.\nSetting expectations and completing quarterly and annual performance reviews.\nMaintaining inventory on all medical, spa and office supplies.\nReconciliation of bank statements with daily sales reports.\nCoordination of contracted services such as housekeeping, linens, pest control, machines, etc.\nEnsure clinicians chart all consents and standing orders accordingly and HIPPA forms are signed and included in patient charts.\nServes as the medspa facility’s marketing representative in the community.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nCollege degree: Sales/ marketing emphasis preferred\nOne to two years of dermatologic/aesthetics experience\nOne to two years of management experience\nPreferred experience in Luxury Hospitality or an equivalent related industry.\nDemonstrated commitment to Exceptional Customer Service.\n\nExperience providing a High-End Client Experience.\n\nComfortable working in an Upscale Spa Environment. \n\nESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nSuperior interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written\nAbility to exert subtle motivation and influence\nAbility to solve problems independently\nComputer literate\nSuperior organizational skills.\nTrustworthy\nAttentive to detail and accuracy\nWork as part of a team\n\nSome of the benefits available to our full-time Staff:\nMedical, Dental, Vision\nAnnual Allowances and Discounts\n401k Match\nCancer, Hospital and Accident Insurance\nLife Insurance\nRelocation Options Available too!\n\nOur Values:\nGMS employees are passionately devoted to living our Core Values day in and day out whether we are at work or home.
