035488 FP&A Analyst - Forecasting & Budgeting (Open)Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the quarterly Forecast and annual Budget processes
- Consolidate and analyze submissions from SBUs and functions
- Prepare financial analysis and management reporting
- Support scenario modeling and planning tool development
- Identify key risks, opportunities and performance drivers
- Drive simplification, automation and use of AI in recurring FP&A activities
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree typically required in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's is a plus)
- At least 7-8 years of relevant FP&A / financial analysis experience
Knowledge and Skills
- Good understanding of forecasting, budgeting and P&L drivers
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with planning and reporting systems (familiarity with Oracle EPM Planning is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process improvement and automation mindset
- Self-starter who can work efficiently and independently
- Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
