In this role, you will support key finance operations with a strong focus on revenue, billing, invoicing, customer support, process improvement, automation, and reporting.\nThis internship is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, curious about finance operations, and interested in how digital tools and AI can improve business processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport invoicing and billing operations - Assist the Revenue and Billing Analyst with the timely and accurate issuance of invoices, ensuring correct coding, approval follow-up, and alignment with internal procedures.\nProvide customer support by email - Support customer care activities by responding to customer requests and needs related to billing, invoicing, payment status, documentation, and other finance-related queries.\nAnalyze invoice processing flows - Review the invoice process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, delays, and recurring issues.
