You will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and communications and support various marketing operations activities.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with digital marketing operations and updates across multiple channels, including our website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and the GRESB insights blog\nSupport the full rebuild of the GRESB website using WordPress, helping create, adapt, and upload content, build pages, and test for accuracy, consistency, and usability ahead of launch\nIdentify inefficiencies across marketing and communications and help develop, test, and implement AI-assisted workflows using Claude and other tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency, while maintaining quality and accuracy\nSupport production of the Pulse by GRESB, GRESB’s audio content series, including recording and editing audio and video content \nHelp prepare, test, and send out list emails and newsletters to targeted audiences and track relevant KPIs \nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and identify gaps, outdated information, and opportunities for improvement in marketing materials \nSupport the application of SEO best practices, such as keyword usage and meta descriptions, to enhance online content visibility \nProvide general support for ongoing website maintenance and updates as the site evolves, including assisting with content changes, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks \nProvide general support for marketing projects and events to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes \nRequirements\nYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, Administration, Environmental Science and/or Policy; OR: \nYou study Business Economics, Finance, Finance, Engineering, Environmental studies or related and are passionate about Sustainability and ESG issues. \nYou have excellent collaboration skills with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English (C1 at minimum). Knowledge of other languages is a plus. \nYou are very well organized and detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy, international environment. \nYou have a high degree of comfort using common software packages and online tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Experience with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Descript for audio/video editing), WordPress, and Salesforce is a plus. \nYou are an AI-native: comfortable using AI in your day-to-day work, with hands-on experience using Claude and a curiosity for exploring new tools and ways of working.\nYou enjoy improving processes and have a practical aptitude for automation. You can break a task into clear steps, spot opportunities to reduce repetitive work, and help turn ideas into reliable workflows.\nYou bring strong critical thinking and independent judgment. You know when AI can add value, when a task needs human judgment, and how to check AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality.
