It brings sales, product and data teams together under one leader, the Chief Client & Data Intelligence Officer. This role is the person who makes that organization run. The role is based out of Amsterdam.\nThe Role\nYou’ll work directly with the Chief Client & Data Intelligence Officer as the strategist and operator at the center of a newly formed team. Your job is to keep decisions moving, teams connected and priority work getting finished, so the leadership team can focus on clients and growth.\nIt’s a role for someone who can shape a problem and then see it through. One week you might be building the business case for a new data product; the next you’re tightening the sales pipeline, preparing a board update and unblocking a delivery issue between product and engineering. You’ll move between sales enablement, product and data operations, and you’ll be trusted to run several projects at once without dropping any of them.\nYou’ll see the whole business, from client conversations to product decisions to the CEO’s agenda, and you’ll have influence over how a new organization works.\nWhat you will do\nStrategy and priority projects\nLead the organization’s highest-priority initiatives end to end, for example pricing, our investor program, entry into new markets and maturing the data strategy\nFrame the problem, build the analysis, align stakeholders and drive the work through to a decision and implementation\nBring a recommendation, not just options\nOperating rhythm and decision-making\nRun the team’s operating cadence: weekly deal desk, fortnightly product council and monthly business review\nOwn the decision log, so it’s always clear what was decided, by whom and what happens next\nSpot blockers between sales, product and data teams early and clear them\nCommercial operations and sales enablement\nOwn pricing and support deal structuring with the sales team\nKeep pipeline and ARR reporting accurate and trusted, with one view across GRESB\nWork with sales and product to make sure the team has what it needs to showcase the value of the data products\nReporting and communication\nBuild and run the monthly CEO dashboard and KPI reporting\nPrepare senior leadership, board and client materials that are clear, concise and decision-ready\nAct as the Chief Client & Data Intelligence Officer’s point of contact when they’re away\nWhat success looks like\nIn your first six months\nThe operating rhythm is running and people rely on it\nThe decision log is live and used\nThere’s one trusted ARR view across GRESB data products\nBy the end of your first year\nAt least two priority projects have been taken from problem to implemented decision\nLeadership and board reporting runs on a predictable monthly cycle with little rework\nSales, product and data teams describe fewer handoff issues, and escalations get resolved faster\nRequirements\nAround 6-10 years of experience\nA grounding in top-tier management consulting or Big Four advisory, in strategy, sustainability, data or technology\nIdeally, spent time at a sustainability data, ESG ratings, real asset or financial data business\nStrong business acumen and ability to work well in a cross-functional, global environment.\nExperience implementing AI or advanced analytics solutions within a commercial or sales environment.\nProficiency in CRM, data analytics, and visualization tools.\nA working understanding of how data products are packaged, priced and sold\nHow you work\nYou think in structure: you can break down an ambiguous problem, find what matters and build a clear path forward\nYou finish things.
