If you’re excited to solve real problems and build transformative AI products - this is your calling.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate and implement processes to deeply understand the client’s business as well as to onboard them such that they integrate Grexa into their daily operations confidently.\nContinuously monitor client engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, proactively intervening to enhance platform adoption and satisfaction.\nAct as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless resolution of operational needs while driving continuous improvement.\nChampion the voice of the client by collecting rich feedback and delivering it as actionable insights to influence product development and service innovation.\nStrategically identify growth opportunities among clients, advising clients on how to unlock more value through advanced features and tailored solutions.\nOwn the client journey end-to-end such that Grexa’s renewal and revenue expansion objectives are met.\nRequirements\n1 to 3 years of work experience in Program Management, Operations, or Growth roles etc\nExperience in designing and scaling operational processes.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivering results.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and outcomes-driven -
