If you're excited to solve real problems and build transformative AI products - this is your calling.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Growth Manager to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our clients and own their business growth end-to-end. This is a client-facing role that sits at the intersection of growth, customer success, and revenue expansion.\nYou'll work closely with a large portfolio of SMB clients - high in volume, though individually low in ticket size - to ensure they adopt Grexa deeply, see real business outcomes, and continue growing with us through renewals, upsells and cross-sells. This role is ideal for someone with a SaaS/SMB account management or sales background who thrives on managing scale: many accounts, fast cycles, and consistent execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the primary SPOC for a high-volume portfolio of SMB clients, building strong, trust-based relationships at scale.\nCreate and implement structured onboarding processes to deeply understand each client's business and ensure Grexa is integrated into their daily operations.\nMonitor client engagement and usage metrics to proactively identify adoption gaps, risks, and growth opportunities across a large book of accounts.\nDrive retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by aligning Grexa's features with evolving client needs.\nAdvise clients on how to unlock more value from the platform through advanced features and tailored strategies.\nAct as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Growth, Ops) to ensure smooth issue resolution and continuous improvement.\nChampion the voice of the client by collecting detailed feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product and service innovation.\nOwn the client journey end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction, expansion, and long-term revenue growth.\nRequirements\n1 to 3 years of relevant experience in SaaS Account Management, SMB Customer Success, or Sales roles.\nProven experience managing a high-volume portfolio of low ticket-size/low AOV accounts - comfortable operating at scale rather than managing a handful of large accounts.\nDemonstrated track record of driving client renewals and retention, along with upselling and cross-selling.\nStrong problem-solving mindset with a bias for execution and outcomes.\nComfortable interacting directly with clients and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve on-ground problems in real time.\nWorking knowledge of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp APIs, and marketing or SaaS tools.\nExperience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus.\nWhy Join Us\nA high-growth environment with real ownership from Day 1 -
