This is not a roadmap management role. This is not a coordination role. You'll talk to customers, understand how they operate, identify opportunities, decide what to build, work with engineers and designers to ship it, and measure whether it worked. Our users are typically 35+, run profitable businesses, and are often using software like this for the first time. There is no established playbook for how they should behave. The product has to earn its place in their business from the very first session. The challenge is not building features. The challenge is helping business owners adopt a new way of running and growing their business.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOwn a product area end-to-end, from discovery to launch to iteration.\nTalk to customers every week through calls, demos, onboarding sessions, and feedback conversations.\nDevelop a deep understanding of how local businesses acquire, retain, and communicate with customers.\nDesign onboarding and activation experiences that help users see value immediately.\nWork closely with engineering and design to ship fast and learn quickly.\nRun experiments across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.\nTrack product metrics and use them to guide decisions.\nKill features that aren't working and double down on the ones that are.\n\nKey outcomes include the following: \nFaster activation of new users.\nHigher engagement and product usage.\nImproved retention and habit formation.\nStronger customer outcomes and business impact.\n\nRequirements: \n2-5 years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing consumer or mobile-first product company.\nExperience working on activation, engagement, retention, or growth problems.\nYou've taken something from idea to launch and owned the outcome.\nStrong intuition for mobile user behavior across Android and iOS.\nComfortable making decisions with incomplete information.\nStrong written communication and product thinking.\nCurious, resourceful, and highly execution-oriented.\nExcited to talk to customers directly and use those insights to shape the product.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience building for SMBs or local businesses.\nExperience in a 0-to-1 product environment.\nExperience creating new user behaviors rather than optimizing existing
