Applicants must have US work authorization. \n\nPlease see the specific job description for all international position locations.\nThe Role\nAs a Sales Engineer at GreyNoise, you will support the technical components of the sales process for our DACH enterprise and government accounts. You will partner closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs, demonstrate product value, lead Proof of Values, and address any technical requirements or concerns. This role is instrumental in driving technical validation and accelerating deal cycles.\nWhat You Will Do\nServe as the technical lead during the sales process.\nLead technical discovery and deliver customized product demos and workshops\nDesign, execute, and support successful PoVs and pilots.\nDemonstrate workflows for security operations, threat intelligence, threat hunting and vulnerability prioritization\nValidate integrations and automation using APIs, scripting and supported security platforms\nWork with customers to understand their environment, challenges, and desired outcomes.\nRespond to RFIs/RFPs and assist in crafting technical proposals.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to ensure feedback is captured and incorporated.\nRepresent GreyNoise at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings.\nWhat You Will Bring\n5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture roles in the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS space.\nAn understanding of network security and internet-facing threats\nDeep familiarity with threat intelligence, SIEM/SOAR/TIP, and incident response workflows.\nStrong understanding of enterprise security architectures and technical decision-making.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with API integrations, scripting (eg. Python) and tools like curl, JSON, etc.\nAbility to present technical content to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.\nSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nProfessional fluency in English and availability for customer and partner travel across EMEA\nBenefits\nEquity in a Growing Startup.
