backend architecture, performance, and reliability.\nCollaborate with Product and Data teams to build scalable platform capabilities.\nEnsure best practices in system design, code quality, observability, and reliability engineering.\nHire and grow high-performing engineering teams.\n\nRequirements: \n12+ years of backend engineering experience with deep distributed systems expertise.\nStrong experience managing engineering teams (5-15 engineers).\nHands-on experience in Java / Golang / Python.\nStrong fundamentals in Distributed Systems concepts: Scalability, Consistency, Availability (CAP theorem), Caching, Load Balancing, Sharding, Replication, Messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ).\nExperience building high-throughput, low-latency systems at scale.\nStrong experience with Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.\nExpertise in cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).\nSolid understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL, Distributed Datastores).\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience in B2C / D2C high-scale platforms.\nBackground in Fintech / E-commerce / Real-time systems.\nExposure to streaming systems and data pipelines.\nSkills\nGo, Golang, Java, Python, backend, distributed
