systems.\nStrong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).\nFamiliarity with Docker and Kubernetes.\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. )\nUnderstanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimisation.\nLeadership and Management Skills:\nProven experience managing engineering teams (5-15 members).\nStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities.\nExperience in hiring, mentoring, and performance
