This role is ideal for a deeply technical product leader who thrives in complex distributed systems environments. Rather than owning the entire platform strategy globally, you will take complete end-to-end ownership of specific high-impact modules, acting as the product authority for your module(s) while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Global Product leadership.\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nModule Ownership: \nDefine and execute the roadmap for assigned GreyMatter modules.\nOwn feature prioritisation, technical trade-offs, and release planning.\nEnsure scalability, performance, and reliability at enterprise scale.\n\nTechnical Collaboration: \nWork hands-on with engineering and architecture teams on system design.\nContribute to discussions on distributed systems, latency constraints, real-time orchestration, and optimisation logic.\nEnsure strong API-first, developer-friendly design principles.\n\nAI and Optimisation Integration: \nIntegrate AI/ML models into module workflows.\nDrive continuous improvement through data feedback loops.\nPartner with data science teams to productionise models in real-time environments.\n\nGlobal Stakeholder Alignment: \nWork closely with US-based product and customer teams to align on roadmap priorities.\nTranslate field deployment feedback into product enhancements.\nSupport pre-sales conversations for module-specific deep dives when required.\n\nExecution Leadership: \nMentor and guide PMs or APMs within the module scope.\nDrive clarity in PRDs, success metrics, and release outcomes.\nOwn module-level KPIs: performance, stability, adoption, and customer impact.\n\nRequirements: \n8+ years in product management or technical product roles.\n5+ years working on platform, robotics, industrial AI, or deep-tech SaaS products.\nExperience owning complex distributed system modules.\nDeep Technical Product Leader: You likely began your career in engineering, robotics, systems, or optimisation before moving into product. You are comfortable diving into algorithm complexity, distributed system trade-offs, and system bottlenecks.\nSystems Thinker: You understand cloud-native architecture, real-time systems, and hardware-software integration.
