consumers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups.\nBuild highly available, fault-tolerant, and low-latency backend services.\nWork on system design, architecture decisions, and performance optimization.\nImplement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.\nEnsure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.\n\nRequirements: \n5-8 years of experience in backend software development.\nStrong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8/11/17 or above).\nStrong experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.\nExcellent understanding of microservices architecture.\nStrong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, collections, and JVM fundamentals.\nExperience designing and developing REST APIs.\nUnderstanding of distributed systems, scalability, and fault tolerance.\nExperience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong problem-solving skills and understanding of DSA, OOPS, and design patterns.\nExperience with system design, HLD, and LLD.\nSkills\nApache Kafka, Backend, Distributed
