continuous quality checks.\nQuality and Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the testing lifecycle and continuously optimize testing methodologies and coverage.\nMentorship and Governance: Provide technical guidance and best-practice mentorship to junior QA engineers.\nRequirements:\nExperience: 3-6 Years.\nKey Requirement: Hands-on proficiency in Python and Pytest is strictly mandatory for this role.\nMandatory Stack: Strong programming expertise in Python with hands-on experience using Pytest.\nTest Automation: Solid experience architecting test automation frameworks across UI, API, and microservices (e. g., Selenium, Playwright, or requests).\nCI/CD and DevOps: Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools (e. g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and pipeline automation.\nData and Backend: Experience writing SQL queries for database validation and backend verification.\nCore QA Expertise: Deep understanding of software testing methodologies (unit, integration, regression, end-to-end, black-box, and white-box testing).\nMethodologies: Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.\nSoft Skills: Excellent analytical, root-cause troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior exposure to performance/load testing tools (e. g., JMeter, Locust).\nExperience testing complex distributed systems, IoT, robotics, or supply chain execution
