performance, and production behaviour to identify root causes.\nCollaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve software defects and implement enhancements.\nSupport application deployments, configuration changes, and production validation activities.\nDrive continuous improvements in troubleshooting processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.\nMentor junior support engineers and promote technical knowledge sharing within the team.\nEnsure timely issue resolution while maintaining clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5-8 years of experience in Software/Application Support roles.\nStrong expertise in Linux/Unix environments.\nAdvanced SQL knowledge with hands-on database troubleshooting experience.\nProficiency in Python or Shell scripting.\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.\nWillingness to work in rotational shifts.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience with warehouse automation, robotics, or enterprise SaaS platforms.\nExposure to cloud environments and monitoring/observability tools.\nExperience mentoring or guiding technical support teams.\nSkills\nlinux, python, shell,
