solutions engineering teams to translate customer needs into impactful product features.\nDrive product adoption, customer success, and business outcomes.\nOwn product performance metrics, pricing strategy, P& L, and customer impact.\nDevelop product specifications, testing frameworks, and success metrics.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and external partners.\nSupport customer engagements, product demonstrations, and pre-sales discussions.\nStay informed on emerging trends in warehouse automation, robotics, IoT/IIoT, and supply chain technology.\nBuild business cases and strategic plans for new product initiatives.\nGather insights from customers, industry experts, and market trends to shape product strategy.\nAnalyse the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.\n\nRequirements: \n7+ years of Product Management or Product Development experience.\nProven experience building and scaling products from concept (0-1) to maturity.\nStrong experience in warehouse automation, supply chain technology, logistics technology, robotics, industrial automation, or enterprise SaaS products.\nExperience working in fast-paced startup environments or innovation-led organisations.\nAbility to manage product roadmaps, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nUnderstanding of Robotics, Automation Systems, IoT/IIoT, or Smart Warehouse technologies.\nExperience delivering enterprise-scale SaaS products.\nExposure to hardware-software integrated products.\nStrong business acumen with experience owning product KPIs and commercial outcomes.\nA builder mindset with strong ownership and customer focus.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and solve complex challenges.\nPassion for innovation, automation, and
