distributed systems.\nDevelop clean, maintainable, scalable, and high-performance code.\nDesign and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.\nWork extensively with AWS cloud services to build and deploy scalable applications.\nParticipate in architecture and technical design discussions.\nIdentify technical challenges and provide robust and scalable solutions.\nDrive engineering best practices around coding standards, design patterns, testing, security, and performance.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.\nCollaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.\nMentor senior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.\nReview code and ensure adherence to engineering and architectural standards.\nContribute to continuous improvement of development, deployment, and monitoring processes.\nRequirements:\nStrong hands-on coding capability rather than purely managerial experience.\nAbility to take ownership of complex technical problems.\nStrong system design and architectural thinking.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong communication and technical leadership skills.\nPassion for building scalable, reliable, and high-quality software systems.\n10+ years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Core Java.\nExcellent experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.\nStrong experience designing and developing microservices architecture.\nHands-on experience building and integrating REST APIs.\nStrong experience with AWS and cloud-based application development.\nGood understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.\nStrong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.\nExperience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.\nExperience with Git and modern software development practices.\nStrong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nGood to Have:\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with AWS ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, or similar AWS services.\nKnowledge of Kafka/event-driven architecture.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience with system design and high-scale distributed applications.\nKnowledge of observability, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum
