solutions across customer/application environments.\nWork closely with engineering, QA, product, and business teams during implementation and deployment activities.\nDevelop and maintain Python scripts for automation, troubleshooting, log analysis, health checks, and operational activities.\nInvestigate application and transaction issues using SQL and database queries.\nPerform system-level troubleshooting in Linux/Unix environments.\nParticipate in and support SIT/UAT activities, including test execution, issue investigation, validation, and production readiness.\nTroubleshoot REST API and system integration issues using tools such as Postman and cURL.\nAnalyse application logs and trace issues across different services and integrations.\nSupport production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.\nWork with upstream/downstream systems and understand data flows between integrated applications.\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve implementation and integration issues.\nCreate technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and implementation-related documentation.\n\nThe core requirements for the job include the following:\n\nPython - Automation and Scripting: \nStrong practical knowledge of Python scripting.\nAbility to develop clean and modular scripts.\nExperience with log parsing, automation, health checks, and troubleshooting utilities.\nGood understanding of exception handling and reusable functions/modules.\nAbility to automate repetitive operational and implementation activities.\n\nSQL and Database Investigation: \nStrong hands-on SQL experience.\nGood understanding of: SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, Joins, Aggregations, Subqueries, Window functions\nAbility to investigate transaction/data issues using SQL.\nExperience identifying data inconsistencies or corruption through database investigation.\nUnderstanding of query performance and execution plans is an advantage.\n\nLinux / Unix: \nStrong working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.\nComfortable with command-line troubleshooting and system investigation.\nHands-on experience with commands such as: cd, ls, cat, grep, awk, sed, tail, head.\nUnderstanding of process management and basic network troubleshooting.\nAbility to perform live log analysis and troubleshoot application issues on Linux servers.\n\nUAT / SIT: \nHands-on experience working with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nExperience coordinating test scenarios, validating application behaviour, and troubleshooting defects.\nAbility to work with QA, business, product, and technical teams during testing cycles.\nExperience supporting deployment and production-readiness activities.\n\nREST APIs and System Integration: \nGood understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP protocols.\nHands-on experience with Postman and/or cURL.\nUnderstanding of HTTP status codes such as 200 400 404 and 500\nExperience working with JSON payloads.\nAbility to troubleshoot API and integration failures.\nUnderstanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2/token-based authentication is preferred.\nExperience tracing data flows across multiple services or integrated systems is an advantage.\nExposure to asynchronous events, webhooks, or microservice integrations will be beneficial.\n\nDesired Experience: \nThe following experience will be considered an advantage:\nProduction/application support experience.\nSoftware implementation or deployment experience.\nCustomer-facing technical troubleshooting.\nExperience working with enterprise software platforms.\nExperience with distributed systems or microservices.\nExperience troubleshooting API integrations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile: \nWe are looking for someone who:\nHas 5-8 years of relevant technical experience.\nHas strong hands-on exposure to Python + SQL + Linux + UAT/SIT.\nCan independently investigate technical issues rather than relying solely on development teams.\nIs comfortable debugging application logs and database issues.\nUnderstands integrations and can trace problems across systems.\nHas strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nCan work effectively in a fast-paced implementation and
