Technical Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled technical architect with deep expertise in distributed systems to drive architecture for large-scale, high-performance platforms. You will be responsible for defining system architecture, making critical technical decisions, and guiding engineering teams to build scalable and resilient systems.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive end-to-end architecture for large-scale distributed systems.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and low-latency systems.
• Lead architecture for microservices, event-driven systems, and real-time processing.
• Evaluate and choose the right technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Work closely with engineering managers and teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Drive architecture reviews, design standards, and best practices.
• Solve complex system-level challenges related to scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Mentor engineers on system design and distributed computing principles.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of backend engineering with strong architecture ownership.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems design.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java / Golang / Python.
• Strong understanding of the CAP theorem, consistency models, scalability patterns, caching, sharding, replication, load balancing, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience building high-scale, low-latency systems.
• Strong experience in microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases.

Good to Have:

• Experience in B2C / D2C high-scale platforms.
• Exposure to fintech/e-commerce/real-time systems.
• Experience with streaming systems and data pipelines.
