Technical Leadership :\n\n- Lead and manage the software development life cycle of the team, including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment of GreyMatter solutions.\n\n2. Product Development :\n\n- Work closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to develop scalable solutions that align with business needs and deliver seamless performance in high-stakes environments.\n\n3. Team Management :\n\n- Mentor and lead a team of software engineers, providing guidance in best practices for software development, code reviews, and technology stack choices.\n\n- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.\n\n4. Platform Optimization :\n\n- Drive the architectural direction for our platform, focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.\n\n- Ensure that the software components are designed to handle high transaction volumes, complex workflows, and real-time processing.\n\n5. Project Management :\n\n- Manage multiple development projects, ensuring timely delivery of features, adherence to quality standards, and risk mitigation.\n\n- Oversee sprint planning, backlog management, and resource allocation.\n\n6. Innovation :\n\n- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, cloud technologies, and software engineering practices.\n\n- Drive innovation by experimenting with new technologies and processes to enhance performance and capabilities.\n\nRequirements :\n\n1. Experience :\n\n- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.\n\n2. Education :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n3. Technical Expertise :\n\n- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang OR Erlang.\n\n- Expertise in designing and developing distributed systems, microservices, and APIs.\n\n- Experience working on REST and asynchronous API integration.\n\n- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), real-time data processing, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).\n\n- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, automation).\n\n- Experience with IoT (Internet of Things) technologies: Strong understanding of IoT frameworks and communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP), and how these technologies integrate with cloud platforms and real-time systems.\n\n- Good understanding of version control systems, build management and testing technologies.\n\n- Design principles for scalable architecture.\n\n4. Leadership Skills :\n\n- Proven experience in managing and growing high-performing engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and driving engineering excellence.\n\n5. Problem-Solving Skills :\n\n- Ability to handle complex technical challenges, make sound decisions under pressure, and creatively solve problems with a focus on results.\n\n6.
