You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle, including managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\n- Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitating relationships across GreyOrange to identify risks, manage dependencies, and optimize resources.\n\n- Work with Product and Engineering to define your team's roadmap and execution strategy.\n\n- Drive internal process improvements, remove roadblocks, and deliver on high-impact projects with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality.\n\n- Own and drive GreyMatter Release planning till deployment.\n\n- Work with the change Management team to plan and deliver major and minor releases across customers.\n\n- Help QA team in setting up QA processes to deliver quality product.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.\n\n- 6+ years of software engineering and technical product/program management experience.\n\n- Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.\n\n- Technical knowledge and/or experience in supply chain, warehouse automation, industrial hardware, or robotics domain.\n\n- Prior experience with Scaled Agile, SaFe and leading
