To learn more, visit www.greystar.com.\nJOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY\nThe S2C Software Support Specialist provides day-to-day support for platform configuration and system administration within Upstream Source-to-Contract functions, including supplier record integration and credentialing system support. This role maintains supplier attributes across property accounting systems, supports troubleshooting for assigned systems, and partners with the Sr. S2C Software Support Specialist to ensure consistent, compliant platform support.JOB DESCRIPTION\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSystem Support & Compliance Integration\nAssist with configuration and maintenance of the supplier management platform, bidding tools, and CLM systems, including ongoing training on these systems.\nMaintain supplier record integration and attributes across property accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with owner requirements.\nMaintain working knowledge of system-driven supplier qualification requirements to ensure consistent process adherence.\nHelp Desk & Cross-Functional Coordination\nProvide ongoing platform support by maintaining the Help Desk queue and responding to tickets and emails within established timeframes.\nInteract with accounting, IT, and operations departments to ensure system changes and processes are understood and followed.\nEscalate complex or higher-priority technical issues to the Sr. S2C Software Support Specialist or Manager, S2C - Software Support, as needed.\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\nComplete financial, administrative, and other reports and analyses as assigned.\nParticipate in ongoing process improvement through review and feedback on system configuration and support processes.\nMaintain relationships with team members and technology partners to support consistent execution.\nBASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS\nCollege degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPrior experience in procurement systems, compliance technology, or a related technical support role preferred, but not required.\nDemonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.\nProficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools.\nBasic mathematical skills necessary to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.\nSPECIALIZED SKILLS\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through on assigned system support tasks.\nComfortable managing a Help Desk queue and responding to routine technical tickets within SLA.\nEffective, clear communicator with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.\nEager to learn procurement systems and compliance technology; open to coaching from senior team members.\nOrganized, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing system support requests.\nThe hourly range for this position is $27.00 - $28.50.\nAdditional Compensation:\nMany factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.\nCorporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.\nOnsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.\nRobust Benefits Offered*:\nCompetitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability & Life insurance benefits.
