The Insurance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and handling the insurance process for FHA, USDA, Bridge, and Conventional Loan Portfolios in accordance with the Servicing and Asset Management groups policies, procedures, and agency guidelines.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nStrong understanding of loan documentation and agency guidelines for insurance.\n\nUnderstand company guidelines for data integrity.\n\nStrong understanding of insurance documentation and terminology.\n\nMaintain evidence and invoice tracking in Microsoft Dynamics ensuring that evidence and invoices are received and processed within an established timeframe preventing cancellations and protecting the Lender’s interest in the property.\n\nRegular communication with internal and external clients related to insurance matters.\n\nPrepare insurance premium invoices for processing.\n\nPerform compliance review with minimal supervision.\n\nObtain proper documentation and prepare waiver submission with minimal supervision.\n\nComplete insurance non-compliant transfer form as needed.\n\nVerifying and entering data into the servicing system related to insurance.\n\nPerforming other related duties assigned.\n\nExperience, Skills, and Abilities Required:\nA Bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or three (3) years of relevant work experience.\n\nExhibit self-motivation whether working independently or in a group.\n\nStrong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.\n\nProficient in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel and Word.\n\nProficient in insurance documentation and terminology.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers, and attention to detail essential.\n\nAbility to multi-task and meet frequent deadlines.\n\nConsistently produces work that is high quality.\n\nAbility to exercise intellectual honesty when presenting information.\n\nAbility to present data in a professional manner.\n\nAt Greystone, we believe that finding creative solutions for our clients comes from the collaboration of people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
