In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with an originator to structure, manage, and close debt transactions for multifamily clients. Your focus will primarily be on FHA products, with exposure to Agency, Bridge, CMBS, and Specialty Lending solutions.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for a motivated commercial real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex transactions, and wants to make a direct impact on deal execution and client success.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nSizing loans and providing competitive and achievable soft /preliminary quotes for multiple capital sources.\nManage transactions end-to-end-from application through closing-ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met\nAssists with due diligence, data input, information collection efforts.\nTrack and manage all transaction activity, maintaining accuracy and momentum throughout the process\nCompletes market research through third party information sources.\nAct as a key internal partner, helping drive efficiency and consistency across deal execution\nMetrics:\nClient acquisition and churn.\nPursuits supported.\nVolume of successful transactions.\nAccuracy and timeliness of analysis.\nAbility to help enhance team processes.\nExperience, Skills, and Abilities Required:\nBachelor’s Degree required\n5+ years’ experience working with HUD loan products\nPrior commercial real estate experience required\nHighly detail oriented with strong organizational/project-management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong time management skills with a proven respect for deadlines\nDriven, innovative, team player who is focused on results and strives to deliver a superior work product.\nCompetencies:\nAbility to size loans across all product types to fit clients’ needs.\nAbility to communicate strategically and effectively with Clients.\nAdvanced familiarity with alternative capital providers in multifamily space.\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nPossess a strong interest to make processes more efficient.\nSelf-motivated.\nAbility to multitask.\nExceptional analytical skills.\nProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nGreystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire.
