particular.\n\n- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Protobuf exposure, and message-broker testing with MQTT.\n\n- Knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Data migration testing.\n\n- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.\n\n- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.\n\nAI-Enabled Testing : \n\n- Use AI-assisted tools to speed up test creation, regression analysis, and defect identification.\n\n- Promote responsible and governed use of AI within test automation practices.\n\nCandidate responsibilities : \n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Develop and maintain automated test scripts within an existing Playwright and TypeScript framework.\n\n- Build API-level regression tests and validate backend services, including database state checks.\n\n- Extend coverage to UI user journeys across the Angular web and Electron desktop surfaces.\n\n- Build and maintain dual-environment parity tests, asserting the modernised path against the captured legacy baseline.\n\n- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners and the clients QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.\n\n- Keep automated suites running reliably in CI so they can gate merges.\n\n- Analyse test results, triage failures before re-running them, identify defects and work with the owning development teams to resolve them.\n\n- Improve test coverage, execution efficiency and overall product quality.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and promote automation best practices.\n\n- Participate in the teams Agile ceremonies : planning, backlog grooming, reviews and retrospectives.\n\n- Prepare test reports, metrics and in-repo documentation.\nSkills\nAutomation
