Manage engineering activities, contractors, and customer relations while ensuring timely project delivery and network service quality.\nResponsibilities\nPerform 4G site rollout including site surveys, site design, testing, commissioning, drive tests, and network optimization to meet KPIs\nManage, monitor, and track engineering activities to ensure efficient completion within set timeframes\nDesign in-building network solutions and resolve customer complaints with effective technical solutions\nPrepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met\nSource and procure suitable equipment and materials required for projects\nReview tender documents, identify technical concerns, and manage the technical aspects of tender projects\nProvide project design and costing, liaising with customers to address project issues\nLiaise with, manage, and monitor contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones\nEvaluate and negotiate quotes from contractors and suppliers to optimize project costs\nManage, monitor, and troubleshoot the 4G network to maintain required grade of service\nOversee and troubleshoot technical trials and services implemented by the company\nAddress customer complaints related to Tetra, LTE, GRIDTalk, and other company services by providing solutions and costing\nPrepare required documentation, presentations, and progress reports for team activities\nMonitor spare parts and inventory levels necessary for network operation and projects\nRemain contactable 24x7 and perform standby duties for faults, major events, and as required by the company\nRequired competencies and certifications\nTertiary education qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field\nRelevant telecommunications certification and experience working with 4G, wireless, and RF networks\nMinimum 2 years of experience in LTE mobile network maintenance\nKnowledge of 4G radio access technologies, antenna systems, and RF principles\nSingapore Class 3 driving licence\nAbility to work in rooftop, tunnels, construction sites, and harsh/dusty environments\nPreferred competencies and qualifications\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat, and related software\nStrong interpersonal skills with resourcefulness, ownership, conceptualization ability, and team motivation skills\nWillingness to perform standby duties at site and remotely\nAbility to work overtime and collaborate effectively as a team player with a positive
