affecting GRID's Odds products.\nRequirements\nWhat you will do\nAct as the primary point of contact for sportsbook customers regarding GRID's Odds products and trading-related services\n\nRespond to customer queries and operational alerts, ensuring issues are acknowledged and investigated in a timely manner\n\nSupport customers with questions related to fixture coverage, market coverage, market availability, settlement, and product behavior\n\nGather and validate information to determine the nature and impact of customer-reported issues\n\nEscalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary\n\nHelp improve the GRID product suite based on customer feedback and defects you've identified\n\nLog and track operational, product, and service issues\n\nContinuously develop your knowledge of esports, sportsbook operations, betting markets, and GRID products to enhance service quality and decision-making\n\nContribute daily to our knowledge base to share your knowledge with GRID employees, partners, and customers\n\nYour skills will include\nPrevious experience in customer-facing Support, Operations, or similar roles\n\nStrong attention to detail\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to learn new products, services, and operational workflows quickly\n\nAbility to investigate issues and gather relevant information\n\nStrong problem-solving skills\n\nExperience with collaborative tools such as Slack, G-Suite, Jira, and Teams\n\nInterest in esports, betting, or data-driven products\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment\n\nAvailable to work shifts and weekends if required\n\nExcellent written and spoken English, with other languages a plus\n\nNice to have\nExperience working in sportsbook, betting, or trading environments\n\nUnderstanding of betting markets and settlement processes\n\nUnderstanding of esports tournament structures, formats, and rules\n\nExperience supporting B2B
