Applies training to identify immediate hazardous situations to protect life and property.\nPerforms leakage surveys on natural gas transmission and distribution systems using mobile and portable leak detection equipment. Exercises judgment in properly classifying and grading leak indications as to the level of hazard. Completes all required leak documentation and notifications. Maintains documentation of all leak survey activity. Repairs above ground leaks when practical. Conducts both inside and outside leak investigations in a thorough and professional manner. Adheres to company policies, procedures, safe work practices and standards. Knows and complies with O.S.H.A., D.O.T., and State regulatory requirements of leak survey, leak investigation, operations, and gas distribution operations in general. Works with Leak Survey supervisor on reporting, training, scheduling, equipment, and productivity issues.\n***In order to obtain employment with GridHawk LLC, candidate MUST complete a background check.
