Sr. Analyst, Fund Operations

The Opportunity

As a Sr. Analyst, Fund Operations, you will manage day-to-day capital activity execution, transaction processing, and account reconciliations across our alternative investments portfolio.

Reporting to the Sr. Associate, Fund Ops, you will serve as a core operational engine - ensuring seamless execution of investor subscriptions, capital calls, and portfolio investment disbursements while maintaining strict data accuracy and financial controls.

This is an amazing opportunity to join both our core Operations group and our Philippines team in their foundational stages, playing a pivotal role in shaping our global operations and culture from day one.

In this role you will...

• Execute Investor & Investment Transactions: Process end-to-end capital activity - including subscription documents, capital calls, distributions, and investment trade bookings across private equity, venture capital, and private credit vehicles.
• Manage Transaction Review & Wire Controls: Review complex investor and fund-level transaction requests for accuracy, potential remediation items (e.g. AML/KYC follow up), performing required callback verifications, account validation checks, and wire confirmations prior to disbursement.
• Reconcile Portfolio & Cash Activity: Conduct daily and periodic cash, position, and transaction reconciliations between internal books, custodians, fund administrators, and bank accounts to resolve processing breaks promptly.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams like fund controlling, account management, product onboarding and delivery, sales, and compliance teams as well as external stakeholders like custodians and administrators to streamline investment flow and settle transactional exceptions.
• Mitigate Risk: Enforce dual-authorization controls, audit trails, and anti-fraud protocols across all payment rails and transaction flows to safeguard client and fund assets.
• Optimize Processes: Identify transactional bottlenecks and assist in updating operational desktop procedures to scale offshore processing capabilities.
• Manage Ad-Hoc Requests: Act as a central operational point of contact for custom reporting, non-standard transaction overrides, investor audit inquiries, and urgent fund-level data requests across the alternative investments portfolio.

You have...

• 3+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in fund operations, middle-office trade processing, capital activity management, or transaction operations within asset management.
• Alternative Investments Exposure: Solid understanding of alts, private wealth, or complex commercial financial products.
• Clear Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for seamless daily interaction with global stakeholders.
• AI: The willingness and ability to leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize operational workflows.
