You’ll own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment across multi-phase projects-from discovery and configuration through testing, go-live, and value realization. You’ll partner closely with customers, Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption of best practices and ensure measurable outcomes.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead the successful execution of customer implementation and enhancement projects from initiation through delivery.\n\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams-including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success-to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.\n\nAct as a key point of contact for customer stakeholders, providing proactive communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nIdentify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and resolve when needed.\n\nTrack project performance against goals and deliver regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nOrchestrate UAT, performance testing, and readiness reviews; ensure defects are prioritized and resolved to exit criteria.\n\nDrive change management: training plans, stakeholder communications, SOP updates, and post-go-live hypercare.\n\nManage contracts/SOWs, baselines, and change requests; track burn, invoicing milestones, and margin.\n\nIdentify and mitigate delivery risks and cross-program dependencies; escalate with options and recommendations.\n\nApply project management methodologies and best practices to drive process efficiency and consistency across the CX organization.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING\nBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\nA few years of project management experience in delivering enterprise SaaS implementations (ideally in the energy or utility sector)\n\nAnalytical problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset\n\nFamiliarity with interconnection processes and terminology (e.g., queue management, system impact/facilities studies, DER integration, distribution load connection)\n\nProficiency with project tools: Jira/Confluence (or equivalents), MS Project/Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and collaboration suites\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive and technical audiences\n\nAbility to translate complex policy/engineering requirements into actionable plans; bias for structured problem-solving and documentation\n\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within scope\n\nWHAT WILL SET YOU APART\nProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification\n\nWorking knowledge of utility/energy regulations and standards (e.g., FERC Order 2023 concepts, NERC, ISO/RTO processes) and how they influence workflows and data\n\nHands-on experience with SaaS implementations or other technical project delivery\n\nAbility to influence without authority and foster collaboration across distributed teams\n\nOUR CULTURE\nWe are a lean, fast-moving team that values bold thinking, reliability, and continuous learning.
